Savan Somvar Vrat Dates 2020 and Kawar Jal Abhishek Muhurat 2020

In the year 2020 Sawan month is starting from 06 July 2020 and ends on 15 August 2020. The Kawar Jal Abhishek Muhurat is on July 19 2020.

Sawan is the most auspicious month of the Hindu Calendar, this month is dedicated to Lord Shiva.




In Sawan month devotees worship Lord Shiva and his family with the complete Vedic ritual and they offer the holy water on Shivalinga by bringing from many auspicious places around the country.

Devotees start the Kawar Yatra from their home to bring the holy water from a river and then return home to offer the holy water on the Shivlinga.
